Day Ten: One confession
Day One: Ten things you want to say to ten different people right now.
1. I wish you were in Hong Kong with me. Then at least I’d be less a) wide-eyed and unsure b) lonely and we could have amazing funtimes in this gorgeous city. And have a wonderful time getting lost together.2. I hope you’re having the time of your life at Bryn Mawr.
3. You won’t believe how grateful I am for all the sacrifices you made for me to be where I am today. “Thank you” doesn’t even begin to cover it. All the words in the English language don’t even begin to cover how much I love you.
4. I hope you didn’t call because you forgot and not because you’re sick of me already.
5. I kind of wish I had a pocket size version of you to carry around in my bag to give me pep talks and to be hilarious.
6. Just for the record: I do not have a crush on you. This is how I act around everyone. (Apparently, I am just really bad at making friends with the opposite sex without them thinking I’m interested in them romantically. This happens to me way too often.)
7. I’m never sure if you’re friends with me because you actually like me, or if it’s because we have too many mutual friends. I like you well enough, but this crosses my mind too often whenever we interact.
8. Please reply to my email? I’m pretty much convinced that the draft I sent you was the worst thing I’ve ever written ; so much that I had a dream about how horrendous it wast. If it’s terrible, please let me know so I can rework it.
9. I really really hope we get to see each other while we’re abroad! There’s no excuse for us not to travel.
10. The timing wasn’t right. I honestly feel that’s the only obstacle. The worst part is that there’s really nothing I can do but try to get over you.
